GROUP CLASSES
Balanced Fitness and Health offers Small Group Training because we can. It allows us to provide a team atmosphere for that extra motivation and competition, but at the same time be able to focus on the individual as well. It’s a perfect way to get that accountability going!

Boxing
Our boxing coach will lead you through rounds of different punches and combos. You will receive a high level of cardio, muscle strength, sharp reflexes and a focused mind. You will see an improvement in not only your physical strength, but in your mental strength as well.

Spin
This indoor cycling class is set to exciting music tracks and designed to provide an excellent workout guaranteed to build your endurance, make you sweat and improve your cardiovascular conditioning!

Elite Core
Elite core will focus on getting that quarantine body ready for summer! This 60-minute class is perfect for people who suffer from any lower back pain, and will improve your posture and form while focusing on core strength with strong controlled movement.

YOGA SCULPT
Yoga sculpt is a class that incorporates hand weights and high intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. The hand weights add a new challenge to traditional yoga classes. Yoga sculpt also uses cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing!

Balanced Fitness
This easy to follow class combines brain training, cardio choreography, functional fitness, standing balance work, and mat exercises for a total body workout. Includes using light weights, bands and balls. ALL are welcome!!

Best Stretch Ever
60 minutes of posture improving, stability increasing and unusual stretching exercises to improve your joint mobility and muscle flexibility

Yoga Core

Cardio Core
High intensity core-centric workout that utilizes functional fitness, plyometrics, bars, bands, balls, & weights to achieve maximum results. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Pilates Fusion
A perfect fusion of yoga and Pilates that is effective for toning, back and spine strength and flexibility.

Body Sculpt
